Returns Policy

 

Each piece at Jilly’s Vintage is one of a kind, carefully sourced, restored, and described with love and attention to detail. As a small business and reseller of vintage and antique jewellery, we are unable to offer general returns or exchanges.

Please take time to read descriptions carefully and check measurements before purchasing. Vintage and antique items often show gentle signs of age, which are part of their unique character and charm.

Returns for Resizing Issues

At Jilly's, we understand that ring sizing can be tricky. If you purchase a ring and find that you are unable to have it resized, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

To qualify, the item must:

  • Be returned in its original condition and packaging
  • Not have been worn, resized, or altered
  • Be returned using tracked and insured postage at the buyer’s expense

Please contact me at info@jillysvintage.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange the return.

Faulty or Misdescribed Items

If your item arrives damaged or significantly different from its description, please get in touch within 3 days of delivery with clear photographs. We will do our best to resolve the issue quickly through a repair, replacement, or refund where appropriate.

Exclusions

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings cannot be returned.
  • Resized items are also non-refundable.

Additional Notes

All pieces are thoroughly inspected, photographed, and packaged with care before shipping to ensure they arrive safely and match their description.
