9. Where do you source your collections from?
- Our collections are thoughtfully curated from trusted vintage and antique sources across the UK and beyond, chosen for their quality, character, and timeless appeal.
- Each piece is hand-selected for its charm, craftsmanship, and the story it carries, always chosen with care.
- We are always on the lookout for new pieces, whether that’s searching for treasures in antique markets or liaising with local jewellers to uncover something truly special.
10. What do the hallmarks mean?
- Hallmarks are official stamps that confirm the metal type, purity, and the UK assay office where the item was tested (such as London, Birmingham, or Sheffield).
- Many vintage pieces also carry a date letter that tells us the exact year the piece was made.
11. What makes something vintage vs antique?
- In jewellery terms, vintage generally means a piece that is over 20 years old, while antique refers to jewellery that is over 100 years old. Both are treasured for their craftsmanship, design, and history.
